He completed his doctorate in 2007, focusing on &#8220;Downscaling <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buluttan.com\/blog\/climate-change\">climate change<\/a> scenarios using a regional climate model over the Eastern Mediterranean.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His research areas include Technical Sciences, Atmospheric Sciences, and Meteorological Engineering. He specializes particularly in Atmosphere-Ocean Interaction, Climate, Climate Change and Modeling, and Analysis of Meteorological Disasters such as floods, storms, avalanches, and droughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuing his academic career at Istanbul Technical University, he holds the title of Professor since 2023.
